What stays free?
Searching every indexed community, the lien map, the state and county statistics pages,
the first few full reports each month, and the data itself: every index and report file under
/data/ can be downloaded in bulk, and the collectors that build them are open
source. See About the data.
What counts as a report?
Opening one community's full record — on the search page or its own profile page. Opening the same community again in the same month does not count twice.
How do I cancel or change plan?
Sign in above and open your Stripe portal: cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card or download invoices. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. HOA Spy never sees or stores card details; it keeps only your email, what you bought and when, so it can show you what you paid for.
Does a report change after I buy it?
It keeps getting updated as new records are collected; what you bought is the community, not a snapshot.
